Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all... I was using my 1.5 year old laptop without it plugged in. I got a warning about low battery but was not in a convenient place to charge.  A few minutes later, as expected, the laptop shutdown.

Now, when I plug the charger in, the charger light will not come on and the laptop will not turn on. I have tried holding the power button for 20 seconds and it has not helped. Any other ideas ? Thanks for your help
