Hi there,
My WIFI wireless options have vanished from my laptop (aeroplane mode is not on). I can not locate any WIFI option, and when accessing the network panel my laptop displays ethernet as my only form of internet connection. I am currently using an ethernet cable. I've tried to follow multiple steps online, but it appears a few step-by-step options when addressing the "network adapters" doesn't appear like suggested. Please can somebody help me as I can't use my laptop at all now without being at home and hooked up.
A colleague in IT at my work suggested that I may need to reinstall network drives?
Many thanks in advance!
