HP Pavilion Laptop 15z-cw100; HP Envy 4520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new HP laptop (HP Pavilion Laptop 15z-cw100) and tried to set it up with the color printer (HP Envy 4520) that I've been using for years.  I cannot find options in windows to print in color to this printer.  I have not had this problem with any other device (at least 4 or 5 devices have printed color from this printer in the past), so it's not a hardware problem.  The issue is the exact same as described in a previous post that was never solved.  Given that the printer and laptop are both HP (with Windows 10 pre-installed), I think HP should have a role in solving the issue.
