Product: Hp Elite Display E243m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

I bought the above integrated display -  meaning speakers, webcam and microphones are in the monitor. I turned the mic on by using the tiny buttons on the bottom edge of the monitor. The light there shows yellow. I cannot find the microphone listed in the device settings. When I run the troubleshooter, it doesn't find the integrated webcam or dual microphones so it will not troubleshoot them. The troubleshooter only checks for outside connected mic connections. HP support assistant is useless. Can anyone help?
