Product: Laptop 15-dw0008nl - 6HV87EA#ABZ
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to connect any external screen via HDMI port after the following Updates:

HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent 1.19.1692.0

HP Inc. - HIDClass 2.1.12.1.

.NET Framework 3.5 e 4.8 for WIndows 10 Versione 1903 for x64

Windows 10 functionality update, version 1909 (2)

 

The external screen worked fine before these updates.

After that, I used windows+P function to connect external screen but it looks like HDMI is the cable is not inserted in HDMI laptop port even if it is.

 

Anyone can help please?
