Hello! I have read other archived forums trying to solve this issue and followed the steps to change the printer from single cartridge mode. However, I have not had any success in solving this issue. I have removed the cartridges, turned off and on the printer, unplugged printer for 60 seconds then back in, unplugged again and reinstalled cartridges, but still no luck.
Is there anything else I can try??
