Which printers are NOT eligible for the for the FREE 15 page/mo instant ink plan?JEZI asked this on 11-25-2019

and was given links to which printers are eligible for instant ink-which is not what was asked.In the terms it says

"Free printing plan not available on all printers" but after searching for over an hour I cannot find a list of exclusions.

I have an ENVY PHOTO 7155 and if you can't lead me to the list ,can you tell me if it is eligible for the FREE PLAN please.
