Product: HP All-in-One 24-f0060

My All-in-One 24-f0060 computer was frozen at 93% during a BIOS update for over 12 hours, and after rebooting the computer nothing will appear on the monitor. The computer powers on, there is a light, the fan is spinning, but a completely black screen
