Bonjour,

 

Je ne peux plus imprimer en couleur, même la page test s'imprime en noir et blanc.

 

Ce n'est pas un problème de cartouches car je peux faire des copies couleur.

 

Selon les types d'impression, soit j'ai la mention impression en noir et blanc verrouillée, quand je la modifie ça revient en monochrome, soit je n'ai pas d'option pour imprimer en couleur.

 

J'ai réinstallé les pilotes plusieurs fois, pas de résolution.

 

Scan doctor ne détecte aucun problème.
