Hello,

This is regarding an issue with Webcam. In device manager , webcam devices appear as "USB boot". we have done all required drivers update including camera driver, BIOS, Chipset drivers etc., Deleted USB controller and performed "scan for new hardware change". It is still showing as "USB boot".

 

When we run hardware diagnostics on webcam connection, there is a failure id reported " 94SL24-A1DA1K-MFGKHA-Q3BY03".

Could you brief the what it indicates and remedy for the same?  In our department, we have seen around 6 devices of same model reporting Webcam as "USB boot".
