Many people have written in about losing their AirPrint feature on their printer after the latest operating system install. I have restarted computers and said printer, and gone through a litany of other suggested ‘fixes’ to no avail. The only way I can print at this point is to Direct Print which requires me to log off my WiFi connection and onto my printer EVERY TIME I want to print something from the web. THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE FIX, HP. If you sell a printer with AirPrint, you need to offer a permanent fix for this problem or send me a new printer. I spent too much money on this printer only a year ago to have this kind of inconvenience already with no clear solution being offered. That’s just bad customer service.
