Product: HP Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was taking notes with my passive stylus and all of the sudden it just stopped writing. I replaced the battery, restarted several times and updated BIOS but it still will not pick up the pen. It does however respond to my finger. I don't think the pen is the problem because double clicking the top button still opens the whiteboard.
