Hi,
Until this morning the ink cartridges (63/302- sent to my directly from HP) were working ok. Suddenly a message has appeared saying that the cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. I have followed all tips from virtual assistant including updating the printer (no updates available) and cleaning the ink cartridges. I can get the printer to print if I removes the colour cartridge- my instant ink account also states that the colour cartridge has an error. It also says to resolve the problem the cartridge needs replacing but wont send any further cartridges until the problem has been resolved. Please help! Am trying to home school 2 children and work from home to I need the printer more than ever at the moment!
