Product: HP DeskJet 2600 All-in-One Printer Series

When I first received my printer, just over a month ago, I was able to select whether I wanted to print in colour or in black and white, when printing from my phone. Now I do not get the option of choosing and I can only print in black and white from my phone. When printing from my laptop the colour function works fine. 

 

My ink cartridges are full and are placed correctly. The printer is brand new so it surely cannot need to be serviced? This must be an issue with the app - I have read various complaints similar to mine that have got to do with the app.

 

Please could I be helped as this is very frustrating and highly disappointing?
