I noticed an ink cartridge error on my printer for the black cartridge. I checked what I steps I should take via the virtual agent. I removed the black ink cartridge and noticed that the bottom on the copper bits there was damage, like it had burnt. It's not been taken out previously and I have had no problems. I am unable to get a replacement via Instant Ink, as it stipulates that I need to solve the cartridge error problem before any replacement ink can be sent. However, I cannot fix the error as the cartridge is damaged, so need a new one. What can I do?
