Product: HP x360 spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP spectre x360 and the Bluetooth connectivity is very poor. It constantly drops signal and/or fails to connect. I uninstalled and updated all the drivers as well as updated the BIOS via HPs support assistant to no avail. The bluetooth devices I have connected are a bluetooth mouse, bluetooth headphones, and bluetooth speaker. All these devices work flawlessly on my old computer. Scouring the internet seems to show this is a common issue likely related to known hardware failures in this model. I'd like to find a solution to this HP. Very frustrating out of a laptop that's not even two years old. Please help.
