Recently after a Windows 10 update, I am able to continue printing in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat PDF, but when trying to print a coupon offer from SmartSource, I just get a blank page printed. The coupon when downloaded is an ".fdf" file but prints in Adobe, yet as of recent, the printer just produces a blank page. SmartSource recommended to restart spooling, which I have and is running. This coupon is akin to a brick-style coupon where you don't see image but normally prints downloaded file/coupon. I've checked sites offering suggestions such as checking on "Print directly to the printer" instead of the spooling option that is already checked, but the direct-print option is disabled or not active when trying this method before resetting it. Flash is not blocking access either. Any suggestions? Again, all other type of MS files and Adobe pdfs printing AOK.
