Product: HP DeskJet 2548

I recently upgraded to a new Linksys E2500V4 dual band WiFi router and now my printer won't connect via WiFi. The new router has a 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz band and of my devices at home are connected to the 2.4 band, including my printer. However, my HP DeskJet 2548 will not join my WiFi network. I have tried everything I can think of including uninstalling & reinstalling the printer. I have gone onto HP support online and tried a number of solutions i found including downloading the HP app. I have even Googled my problem & nothing has solved the issue. The blue light next to the WiFi button continues to blink and I have a blinking exclamation point next to the WiFi icon on the little digital display. Can anyone give me any insight as to what the problem could be? Is it possible the printer itself is broken? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
