Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

i have lost all sound on my all-in-one Envy.  I'm getting the no audio output device installed warning on my speaker icon.  

 

Also, when i go to the Bang and Olufsen audio control nothing happens.  Almost like it's been deleted.

 

i have tried re-installing the 

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

but there are multiple versions, still doesn't work.
