Product: hp spectre x360 convertible 13-ap0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple of days ago, my laptop fan started to make a weird noise, and now, the audio. While I was watching a video today, I noticed that the audio on my hp spectre x360 13-ap0xxx has a crackling sound and sounds distorted. I tried running the Audio Check and updating Software and Drivers, but the audio is still distorted. What should I do?
