Product: HP Envy 5540
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My HP Envy 5540 is showing a wireless connection and connectivity to my MacBook (running mac OS Catalina) but will not print.  I've tried troubleshooting through HP's virtual agent with no success.  Including running a wireless report which shows no channel interference.  Would appreciate any help to solve this problem.  Thank you.
