HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy all in one Curved Screen expensive computer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have support with HP end of May 2020 to get the monitor on HP Envy curved screen (very expensive $2K) fixed: HP will not answer the phone so filed a BBB complaint. I call and get the runaround and transferred to this recording: "we are unable to take your call." Make note that I attempted to get this fixed and pay the $498 fee to do so. Very unhappy about this situation. Vertical lines have been on the left side for months and are now appearing on the right side. Not sure how much longer this monitor will last.
