Hello. Just a simple question regarding the service I recieved yesterday in setting up my new printer. The specifics of the hardware are irrelevant, as I only want to confirm that the protection I signed up for to protect my computer (at the encouragement of your tech support) is legit. Apparently the drivers weren't loading properly because my IP address had been highjacked by an overseas website or something, and all of my personal information was at risk. In order to resolve the issues I had to subscribe to a 2 year plan with Micro Global Solutions LLC for $199.00 US, and they were given remote access to my computer to go inside and resolve the issues and provide me with proper protection (by disguising my IP address) and support for the next two years. This process took some time, and everything appears to be legit. I'm happy with what I believe this to be, but I would like to confirm that this is in fact legitimate, as I am unable to find any information online about Micro Global Solutions as an internet protection company?

- This is a scam. I was hacked and I called them for assistance
- to find out their support and they told me to call customer service. I was charged $499 for 6 years. Thank goodness American express was able to dispute my claim and I got my money back. I cannot figure out how they are connected to HP
