Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Several days ago I got a "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed." error for my black cartridge. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps as shown on the support website for this error with no resolution (cleaned contacts on cartridge & printer, pulled power cord to reset the printer, reseated cartridge). I would like to request a new black cartridge as I don't have one on hand. I can't get through to live chat or phone support.
