Product: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Have late 2019 Spectre X360. HP Audio Control worked when I first set up the computer, but now get the message "can not connect to RCP services" when I try to use it. I did manage to get it to work by uninstalling the Realtek driver & then doing a restart to install it again, but when I turned the computer off & then restarted I received the "can not connect to RCP services" again when trying to use HP Audio Control. Would like to get this fixed, as I find the audio awful without the additional controls provided by the HP Audio Control consol.
Thanks
