Hi all,
As many the other HP Instant Ink customers - al least from what I see on this forum - I too suffer the problem of a cartridge not willing to work anymore, while it cannot be empty yet, and I already have tried the cleaning solution described in the help.
I saw some other posts, even marked as resolved, but none of them gives a description of how it was resolved for them. Only links to private messages with HP Support engineers, or links pointing to posts where a HP support engineer asks the poster for engaging in a private message session. So - sadly enough - all that did not help, and I feel lost about this.
So please can someone point me to the right information for how to solve this problem, please? TIA
