HI, I have cancelled Instant Ink in February. The cancellation confirmation has come in February. I then bought two cartridges, one of which is still HP but I bought it in a shop. I tried several times and the printer is not working. It says that it is still involved in Instant Ink. But it is not and neither of cartridges are from Instant Ink. I don't know what to do. I have, of course, switched it all off several times and nothing. Please help! At a times of the quarantine the last thing want is to have issues like this when you are already joggling everything else. Many thanks!
