Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just put in brand new HP 952 Color ink cartridges and I am getting an error that says to remove and reinstall the cartridges. I have done that. I tried to clean the printer head but it wont because it says I need tor reinstall cartridges. I  manually cleaned the print head and same error comes up. I also tried a hard reset (turn off, unplug for 5 minutes) and still no luck. The printer is just about a year old. The serial No is [edit]. I would hate to go out and purchase another set of cartridges, I literally just took these out of the box. 

Suggestions please?
