Product: Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-dh1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to get my internal microphone to work on my laptop. I have tried all troubleshooting steps: updating drives, making sure it's not muted, uninstall/re-install, nothing will work. The speakers work, but the microphone will not. It is the RealTek microphone. Please help!
