Product: HP Omen 15-dc0051nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello HP Support,
I recently went inside my HP Omen 15 laptop to clean the fans and reapply thermal paste, as I was experiencing high temps while gaming, however, when I put everything back, the power button was not working and there was no light from the AC adapter.
I ensured that the power button ribbon cable was connected to the motherboard, as well as the battery being connected correctly, and also held the power button for 15-60 seconds with the battery both in and out with no success.
Let me know if I should provide any additional details about my troubleshooting so far.
