Hello, can someone please help me. Wi-Fi will not work on my laptop.
Network Status says Not Connected & "You are not connected to any networks"
No available networks are shown The realtek rtl8723de 802.11b/g/n pcie adapter does not seem to be working.
The only way I can connect to the internet is via a wired connection, ie. a very long, and impractical ethernet cable, that has to run right across the house, to be plugged directly into the back of the router.
I've already tried the trouble-shooting, via Windows Network Diagnostics, but all this says is to plug an ethernet cable in!
I would genuinely appreciate any help you can give, as not being able to use Wifi is slowly driving me round the bend lol
My kind thanks in advance.
