Hi,
I’ve been using my printer everyday since lockdown as I am a final year student and need to print documents etc to scan and send to my uni. Today it says my printer is low on ink and I won’t receive a shipment for another 7-10days- by this time i will be expected to sit TWO exams, which involves printing out the papers.
My laptop has been connected to wifi the whole time- I know because I use it across wifi and also check the hp app daily- I tried to place an order myself but it doesnt appear to be an option and I assumed the ‘predictive’ system would work.
What to do now? I can’t wait for the ink to arrive- will using separate ink cartridges work? Will hp pay for them?
