Windows 10 on Dell Inspiron 15, printing from all programs -- color printing lacking any blue content. I suspect the problem lies in the blue cartridge, which I just installed. It was sitting on the shelf since November of last year (2019). I'm thinking the problem could be the flow from cartridge to paper is blocked. Does anybody have any other suggestions. I just reinstalled all drivers and printer software. I ran the "clean printer head" a few times, but it didn't help.
