Product: ENVY 5660
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I had to use a non-instant ink black cartridge, and it is half empty. It appears I am not getting a new one sent to me because it cannot “read” my ink level. Please help! I don’t  want to have to buy a new out of plan cartridge. My color cartridge is fine, on plan and being monitored. I need to get a new instant ink black one, but there’s no where any where that tells you how to do this.
