Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok so, my OCC was doing the "Pipe connection failed", and so i updated it to fix that issue, now, if I click the Sign in to hp id, it would do the blank screen, random diamond loading image, and random loading symbol every couple of seconds on my mouse, i've updated and uninstalled over and over again, to no avail. Please help me with my issue.
