Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a127c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Touchscreen doesn't work at all; I ran the HP PC UEFI Hardware Diagnostics Component test, it works in the BIOS screen. I tried reinstalling an old driver per the HP video instructions (NWVoltronSetupLiteDesktop_3.1.6.0.f), restarted the computer and no luck.
I have done all the virtual agent suggestions: clean the screen, performed a hard reset of the PC; updated the BIOS; reset the Windows OS still no luck.
In the device manager tab "Human Interface Devices" the touch screen tab is missing.
