I ordered HP Z2 Mini G4 Workstation on May 3rd, the estimated ship date was Jun 10th. I got an email from HP the ship date is delayed for another 2 weeks. I requested (by email and phone call) to cancel the order and send me a confirmation the order was canceled. I didn't get a response to my emails, however, the HP agent over the phone told me it takes up to 10 days for HP to send me a confirmation and start processing the refund. Now this does not make sense at all. Why do I need to wait 10 days for the order to be canceled and then another week to receive the refund?
How do I get HP to confirm the order has been canceled?
Thank you,
DJ
