Product: HP Spectre Pro x360 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP Spectre Pro x360 G2 laptop and an HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF desktop on my HP Support Assistant account.
When I log into my laptop, no update or messages for it, but shows 4 updates for the desktop.
When I log into the desktop, no updates or messages for it, but shows one message for the laptop.
Why are they not talking to each other?
Please advise. Thank you.
