Product: HP ENVY 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP diagnostics indicates I still have a sufficient level of black ink.  My drivers are updated. But I can't print a plain black text document.  I've cleaned and deep cleaned the cartridges, but that doesn't help.  Test page prints out colors fine ,and prints out grays, but not black
