Omen 15-dc0096nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Issue was first noticed when no bass was coming through the headphones.

- Opened HP Audio control but notice the "Bang & Olufsen experience" feature is greyed out.

- Tried adjusting the HP Audio control manual EQ settings, but no matter what preset/setting chosen, no bass comes out of music/headphones.
- Sounds fine out of bluetooth headphones (because using different driver)
- Attempted to uninistall/reinstall latest audio drivers per support site, even the prior audio driver version for 1903, and same issue occurs.
- Able to hear bass when we uninstall the HP Audio Control app.

1. How do we get the "B&O Experience " feature to not be greyed out?

2. Why do the latest audio drivers not include the HP Audio control with EQ feature? Is there no more EQ that we can use on latest version?
