I recently disabled all of my startup applications; including the Microsoft ones. After I restarted I cannot login onto my computer. When I am brought to the login screen under my account it get an error message saying
“Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again.” When I click to set up PIN I receive another box message saying “ Search for app in store?” I click yes and it takes me back to the first screen causing a loop and I cannot change sign in methods.
I've tried resetting user accounts but the password I enter I am told it is incorrect and I cannot change it due to it not having administrative privileges. I am unable to enter safe mode, unable to restore my system to the last working state, and currently I’m out of ideas on how I can re-enable all of my startup programs to fix this issue. Does anyone have any solutions please?
