HP Recommended

Just replaced my black printer cartridge.  the black doesnt work the colours do.  ran many test pages.  Purchased another cartridge same problems.  Turn off and back on again.  Took the power lead out and back in.  Cleaned the printer head.  There is ink in the cartridge.
