Product: Pavilion 14-v0005la Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear guys,
I have a problem with the mentioned Notebook PC. I have only one or two lines of signal 📶 when connecting my laptop to my wifi router (no obstacles in the middle). The router is just 3 metres away from the equipment so I don't know what the problem is. If I put my phone I have a full signal so I don't know what is wrong with the PC. There are moments I require to switch to a wired connection because the signal strength is so poor.
Would you mind telling what could be the solution in this case?
The adaptor I´m using is Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter
Kind regards,
careduro
