For several months now I've had to restart my printer after every print job finishes else the ink warning light flashes along with the colour cartridge display. When that cartridge ran out I replaced it with a new Instant Ink cartridge. That now flashes all the time and I can't print anything unless I take the cartridge out and print B&W only. I had one more cartridge so I tried that with the same issue.
I've tried cleaning the contacts and resetting the printer etc., everything I could find in support.
I'm not sure how to proceed? Is it a problem with the printer or with multiple cartridges? And if the latter how can I get new cartridges as apparently I won't get a shipment until the cartridge error is fixed?
