Product: HP 15 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Product Name:- HP 15 Notebook PC Product Number:- K8U05PA#ACJ I can't able to use Bluetooth as driver already installed and did all things with help of HP virtual assistant. I have removed and reinstalled driver. Updated the latest driver. I can see Bluetooth in my laptop but can't able to connect as allow connecting option is disabled. If I search from mobile then I can see my laptop device but not able to pairing. Will you please help me what is problem? Thank You. Birju Danak
