Product: Envy photo 6230
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I too am having the remove and reinstall indicated cartridge problem 

Reset printer (Envy photo 6230) several times. Re-sited it so its not on extension lead

First appeared as I was trying to print an email

The cartridges are genuine supplied under instant ink service

Do I need new cartridges?
