Product: HP ENVY ALL-IN-ONE 32-a0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This is a completely new PC. When it first start up, it updates drivers and BIOS. Then it starts to shut down by itself after few minutes on. Then, after a while it start working well. This morning, when I wake up, the computer updates the BIOS again, F.15, on July/03/2020 and since then, it just remain on on Windows for about 3-5 minutes and then it shutdown. It happen only while on windows, it doesn’t hapoen while on BIOS. I didi reinstalled the BIOS again thinking that it will solve the problem but not.
