Product: HP 14 s-dq1008ns
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Everytime I go to sleep mode, then the wifi adapter is gone. The only thing that I can do is restarting or going to devices and looking for changes in hardware.
I have tried everything, updated bios and wifi adapter drivers, try a cmd command that I saw in this forum.
I change the power save option to NOT allow to turn off the adapter when the pc goes to sleep.
I dont know what else to do.
This is a brand new laptop, I have just received yesterday and I cant fix this issue.
Thanks.
