Product: Pavilion Laptop 15-cw1xxx

Hello.
I bought my laptop at the beginning of June. For the past two weeks or more I have trouble with the audio. I have tried to get in touch but it has been very difficult. 

The sound is very quiet, even on full volume. If you stop and restart the video you will get 1 second of normal audio and then it returns
I would like some help with this.
My son has tried redownloading the drivers to no effect. I now can't use zoom (have tried deleting app and downloading) .
