Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently replaced the instant ink colour cartridge and it all worked fine for a few days. Now I am getting "Cartridge Problem. Remove and re-install the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed". It is correctly installed and if I remove it and put the old one back it works fine (except that one is running out of ink). My printer is Envy-Photo 7134. How do I get in touch with HP to get a replacement ? The virtual assistant is useless.
